King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, issued here Thursday a Royal Decree appointing Prince Mishal Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz as Emir of Najran at the rank of a minister. Prince Mishal obtained master's degree with honors in management from UK. He worked as a supervisor for studies at the Crown Prince's office and as Minister Plenipotentiary at the Foreign Minister's office. He led the Kingdom's delegation to the 61st special UN session and delivered a speech on “Partnership for the Achievement of the Centennial Development.” He is the honorary member of the Saudi Hilal Football Club and has made substantial contributions in the philanthropic field and anti-poverty programs in the Kingdom.
