Prince Faisal Bin Misha'al Bin Saud, Deputy Emir of Qassim, tours the first Kaleija and traditional products festival, Tuesday night. Qassim is the home of Kaleija, a traditional home-made cookie, made by highly professional Qassim women. The traditional food is no longer a monopoly of grandmothers; it is now developed by graduates from College of Home Economics, who produce different types of it such as Kaleija Al-Tofi.
