Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah will host the first-ever international annual surgical conference in the Kingdom on March 25-27. “Over 500 participants and surgeons from the Kingdom and abroad are expected to attend the conference. The highlight of the conference will include hands-on training workshop and live surgery sessions over three days, where participants will be able to view through video conference,” said Dr.Mazen Fakeeh, director general of Dr.Soliman Fakeeh Hospital. “The main focus of this event will be on the various laparoscopic procedures for the treatment of obesity, gastrointestinal diseases, hernia, and liver”, he added. The conference program has been carefully designed to incorporate many of the medical practices from the leading experts in other fields such as organ transplants, breast diseases and tumors, plastic surgery, vascular surgeries, endocrine surgery and minimally invasive surgery.
