Nabeeh Berri, head of the Lebanese House of Representatives, has praised the work of Abdul Aziz Khoja, Saudi Minister of Culture and Information and former ambassador to Lebanon, in promoting cooperation between the two countries during his service as ambassador. Berri received Khoja in Beirut on Wednesday on his last day serving as ambassador. Khoja also met the Lebanese Education Minister, the president of the Lebanese Economy and Businesses Group, Ra'ouf Abu Zaki, the Mufti of the state, Mohammad Qabani, and the vice president of the Islamic Shiite Council, Abdul Al-Amir Qablan
