The Ministry of Information and Culture has seized 42,000 fake computer discs, video cassette tapes and copying machines. Abdul Rahman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Haza, Assistant Undersecretary for Internal Information, said ministry inspectors seized the fake goods during a surprise inspection. Al-Haza said the seized materials were in breach of the Intellectual Property Law. All the confiscated materials have been destroyed, he added.
