The Aalami Urdu Markaz, a prominent literary organization in Jeddah, is scheduled to organize a grand Mushaira under the auspices of the Consulate General of Pakistan on Thursday.
Leading poets from Pakistan, including Dr. Pirzada Qasim, Sarshar Siddiqui Shehzad Ahmed, Dr. Khurshid Rizvi, Prof. Inayat Ali Khan, Ijaz Rehmani and Dr. Munawwar Hashmi are expected to attend the event.
Zaigham Uddin Azam, the Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah, will be the chief guest on the occasion. The function will be held at the Pakistan International School in Jeddah's Al-Aziziya District. Entry is by invitation only. __
