ISLAMIC Publishing House (IPH) is the only Indian publisher participating in the Riyadh Book Fair this year. The IPH was established in 1945 to disseminate the message of Islam in the Southern Indian state of Kerala. Today around 540 books have been published by the organization, including translated works of famous Arabic, English and Urdu literature. Some of the prominent books published by the IPH are: Tafheem Al-Qur'an, Undercurrents of the Indian Culture, Islamic Encyclopedia, the Religion of Islam, Road to Makkah, and the Complete History of Palestine. The works of prominent Islamic scholars like Imam Bukhari, Imam Ghazzali, Imam Nawawi, Sheikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdul Wahab, Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Baz, Syed Abul Aala Moudoodi and many more have been translated and published. The IPH stall at the Fair has received overwhelming public response, with almost all of its books being sold out by now, according the IPH staff.
