Twelve Bangladeshi cleaners working in the primary health centers in Dam'ad have walked out protesting the delay of the payment of electricity bills and rents for two months a matter that made the landlord disconnect the water and electricity from the building. Workers Shager, Rafeq, Ali and Ashraf said the landlord disconnected the water and electricity for four days because their employer didn't pay the landlord the rent for two consecutive months. Other workers including Hanan said, “We have been living for four days without light or water. We have stopped working in protest of the inhumane circumstances we are living.” Muhammed Al-Bashri, the employer, has promised to find a solution to the workers' problem by paying the delayed rents and salaries soon.
