Laboratory investigations have shown that 19 people who fell ill Sunday after eating in a restaurant had contracted food poisoning from a restaurant worker suffering from amoebic dysentery. The restaurant has been closed and three of its workers taken to the police station, one of whom has been confirmed as having dysentery. Of the 19 who fell ill, 13 remain in hospital for treatment.
