Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humayen Al-Humayen, General President of the Hai'a, has urged branch chiefs to improve the work of members in the field. Al-Humayen also asked members of the Hai'a to carry out their tasks in a manner suited to the current social scene and maintain team morale in the interest of society. Al-Humayen, speaking Tuesday at the second meeting of the Hai'a branch heads, said: “We are all partners in the development of the Hai'a, and so should work hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder. We should follow the footsteps of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions when we address the public, so setting an example in terms of patience.” Al-Humayen described the meeting as an opportunity to exchange opinions and discuss the difficulties confronted when carrying out the work of the Hai'a. “I need not mention that the promotion of virtue and prevention of vice are among the most established principles in the Faith, and it is one of the strongest pillars of the state which is notable for its application of the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah in all the affairs of our lives.” Earlier, Sheikh Al-Humyen held a meeting with members of the Hai'a to discuss ways of dealing with the public, while Hai'a branch chiefs from around the Kingdom are due to attend a training course on the benefits of planning in improving fieldwork.
