Four Filipinos - Alenita Guillermo, 36, Anjeline Torres, 25, Christian Umajon, 25 and Maria Allan De Leon, 29 - died, along with their Egyptian driver, Omer Farooq Mohammed, 26, in a car accident on Wednesday in the UAE's Fujairah emirate, GMANews.TV said. A GMANews.TV on line report quoted the DFA as saying the Filipino diplomat in Canada could have died of heart attack while asleep after he went home early from work on Thursday. The Malacanang presidential palace in Manila ordered the DFA on Friday to make a thorough investigation into Bello's death. Death in Maryland The parents of the Filipina ballerina in the US has sought justice for their daughter but no charges has been filed yet against the erring driver, GMANews.TV said. Her remains are to be repatriated to the Philippines next week but the mother could not seem to accept her daughter's death. “I still want to believe that she is only there in the US, living alone by herself,” GMANews.TV quoted the unnamed mother. In UAE, GMANews.TV quoted the Khaleej Times as saying the car in which the four Filipinos were traveling veered out of control, hit a mountain side and caught fire 30 minutes past noon on Wednesday. A fifth Filipino, Julios De Leon, 37, survived but was critically injured. GMANews.TV did not give details on where the Filipinos were working, where they came from and where they were heeding to, but said they were traveling along the Masafi-Fujairah Highway when the accident happened.
