A man was sentenced to execution and two men jailed for their part in the robbery and murder of a Saudi man. The Ministry of Interior said Mohammad Ubaid Al-Habaishi, Naif Sa'el Al-Otaibi and juvenile Zeyad Ubaid Al-Habaishi lured their victim, Fouad Qarnabish, to a house where they tied his hands and legs and blindfolded him before stealing his money and credit card. Al-Otaibi was sentenced to 15 years in jail and 5,000 lashes for his role in the incident, while Zeyad was given four years in jail and 70 lashes to be repeated seven times.
