Kuwait halts oil exports due to sandstorm
AP state Published in The Saudi Gazette on 23 - 02 - 2009

owned Kuwait National Petroleum Co. says it has suspended all oil exports for a second time this month because of bad weather.
KNPC spokesman Ahmed Al-Mezaiel said Sunday's delay because of a sandstorm was “normal,” and would not affect Kuwait's commitments to its clients. Kuwait exports all its crude and refined products from its three ports.
