The Passports Department on Saturday foiled an attempt by a Saudi to smuggle his Yemeni wife into the country using his second wife's passport after changing the picture in it. The crime was discovered during routine checking at the ladies section at a check post here. Meanwhile, a Yemeni was arrested trying to fly to Jeddah from King Abdullah Regional Airport in Jizan using a fake national ID card.
