A female artist has held the first-ever art exhibition by a woman in the town of Al-Zulfi, neighboring the regional capital Bureidah, paving the way for other female artists in the region to exhibit their work. Areej Al-Salim displayed 14 paintings at her exhibition, which she believes will encourage women with similar interests.
