Neighbors of an African resident new to the neighborhood of Al-Doha in Khamis Mushayt were shocked to discover that he was not the trader in candy he purported to be, but instead was housing a small alcohol factory and playing host to illicit parties. The man had showered his new neighbors with candy when he moved into the neighborhood three months ago and they reciprocated by welcoming him into their homes with open arms, so they were naturally shocked when the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, also known as the Hai'a, burst into the building and found around 7000 liters of alcohol and several African women inside. The Hai'a further discovered numerous forged identity cards, large sums of money, illicit photographs of women and a list of names of African women, in addition to dozens of Valentine's Day bears and cards.
