India's External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee is to visit Pakistan next month for the first official talks between the South Asian rivals since the change of government in Islamabad. Mukherjee will hold talks reviewing the three-year dialogue between the former enemies, focusing on border disputes, trade, cultural relations, counter-terrorism and fighting drug trafficking. The announcement was made by ministry spokesman Navtej Sarna in a statement Wednesday. India and Pakistan fought three wars against each in the six decades since gaining independence from Britain, but relations have improved since they embarked on a peace process. __
