Stray dogs have dug up some graves in Adba graveyard here. The graveyard contains about 50 graves and a contractor was supposed to fence it but has left the project incomplete for two years. Abdullah Al-Harthi, one of the residents, said the graveyard has become a place frequented by dogs and other animals. “The municipality did not take any action even though we complained several times,” said Abdullah. Municipality officials were not available for comments.
