The new insurance policy of the employer will cover the case of a runaway housemaid or driver, and it will also serve as a medical insurance for the worker, he said. In case of a runaway, the insurance company bears the cost of bringing a new employee as specified by the policy. The runaway worker will be traced and even tried back home to pay back the incurred damages.
