The Shoura Council on Sunday approved the recommendations of health and environment affairs committee regarding the annual report of the General Presidency of Meteorology and Environment on the first and second years of the 8th Development Plan. The recommendations included that the General Presidency of Meteorology and Environment prepares its reports in accordance with Article (29) of the Cabinet Law. The recommendations urged government bodies to implement the provisions of Article 4 of the General Regulations of Environment, Dr. Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Secretary General of the Shoura Council said in a statement.
