King approves academic decisions

King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Chairman of the Higher Education Council has approved a number of academic decisions recently adopted by the council during its 51st session. Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher Education, said that the council approved the establishment of Effat National University, a number of institutes, centers and deanships at Saudi universities and the appointment of a number of deputy rectors at a number of universities.
