Riyadh Region Police arrested a nine-member gang of Saudis which promised male and female teachers that, for a fee, they could be transferred to more desirable teaching posts. The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of Riyadh Region Police was tipped off Thursday about a man deceiving citizens and exploiting their desire to change the location of their teaching post. The conman gave the impression that he was able to transfer and appoint male and female teachers. He demanded that those interested in a transfer deposit a cash amount in his current account. Police investigations uncovered the identity of the conman who was arrested together with eight other Saudis who were helping him.
