The National Competitiveness Center of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) has launched the first stage of the Saudi Oxford Advanced Management Program with a meeting of 40 participants from both the public and private sectors within the activities of the Global Competitiveness Forum held in Riyadh.
