The Atlanta Hawks won the NBA's first replay since 1983, holding off the Miami Heat 114-111 in overtime on Saturday to complete a protested game. The Hawks then won the regularly scheduled contest 97-94 as Joe Johnson matched a season high with 39 points. The teams opened the night by replaying the final 51.9 seconds of a Dec. 19 game, which was protested by the Heat after the Atlanta statistics crew mistakenly ruled former Heat center Shaquille O'Neal had fouled out in the extra period. The game resumed from the point of the protest and neither team scored during their brief time on the court. They got a 15-minute break, then returned to the court for their regularly scheduled game. Rockets 106, Hornets 96: In Houston, victory over New Orleans saw Houston stretch its winning streak to 18 games. Tracy McGrady scored 41 points for the Rockets, who have won their past nine games by double digits and moved into a tie with the Hornets for fourth in the Western Conference. Houston also made a season-high 14 3-pointers. Bobcats 100, Wizards 97: In Washington, Charlotte downed Washington to stretch its winning streak to a franchise-record five games. Jason Richardson scored 34 points for the Bobcats, who are now only 2-1/2 games off the Eastern Conference playoff berths. The Wizards blew their chance to get back to .500 for the first time in more than a month. Warriors 104, Magic 95: In Orlando, Florida, Baron Davis scored 33 points as Golden State overcame a slow start to beat Orlando. Stephen Jackson had 20 points for the Warriors shot only 35 percent in the first half, but had a 33-16 run in the third period to seize control of the game. Celtics 119, Grizzlies 89: In Memphis, Tennessee, Boston notched its eighth straight win by downing Memphis. Ray Allen scored 23 points and Paul Pierce added 19 for the Celtics, who shot 58 percent from the field. Memphis never got the margin under double digits after the 5-minute mark of the first quarter, dropping to 2-16 in its past 18 games. Trail Blazers 120, Knicks 114, OT: In New York, Brandon Roy scored 8 of his 27 points in overtime as Portland overcame New York.
