The General Court in Riyadh is expected to hear today the testimony of 16 people in the case of a man who died during a raid by the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. The witnesses include commission members and security officers. All of the people to be questioned were participants in the raid on Salman Al-Huraisi's house, which allegedly caused his death by heart attack. The General Court had issued a verdict in November that acquitted the two commission members accused of beating Al-Huraisi to death during the raid on his house last May. However, the Court of Cassation remanded the case with 12 comments on the ruling. Tuesday's hearing is the second session after the Court of Cassation returned the case. __
