An agent of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice was stabbed in the leg by a driver whom he chased and pulled over after spotting him giving a ride to a woman on the street. The man fled the scene after stabbing Tahir Al-Hakami and was apprehended later and the woman was referred to relevant authorities.
