Medical error suspected in baby death

A special committee from the Ministry of Health started investigation Tuesday the death of a 3-month-old baby at Afif General Hospital. The baby boy's father accuses the hospital of medical error. The infant developed convulsions immediately after an injection given to him by a nurse, the father claims. Initial hospital investigations, however, show that the baby died of suffocation while breastfeeding.
