King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah will establish the first specialized center for the restoration and lengthening of bones in the Arab World. Dr. Osama Bin Sadik Tayeb, President of KAU, said in a statement to the press that the center will be established to improve scientific and medical treatment services. Dr. Tayeb highlighted the significant strides in the development of all scientific fields, including the field of orthopedic surgery, pointing out that the department of orthopedics has become a pioneer in the field of bone lengthening using “fitbone” technology.
