The National Commercial Bank (NCB) honored its staff for their continuous service for 10-25-30 year, in a ceremony in Riyadh attended by Sheikh Abdullah Bahamdan, NCB chairman; and Saud Sabban, NCB head of Human Resources Division. The event is a bank tradition aimed at honoring its employees and strengthen the bond between the bank and its staff, which reflects the spirit of teamwork making it as one of the best working environments in the Kingdom's private sector. Bahamdan praised the honorees and asserted that the success achieved was due to their determination. He noted that the bank's success in quality of service, regional leadership and being the leader among the Kingdom's banks in 2008, are the human efficiencies and capabilities of its staff who work professionally in line with the bank's strategy of high quality service. He added that the bank considers the employee as the cornerstone of its program and services toward continued development of its human resources. The bank places the employee as one of its priorities in support of its efforts towards nationalization and developing necessary skills through suitable programs. __
