It's such a disgrace that the President of Pakistan awarded the Hilal-e-Quaid-e-Azam (second in rank after the Nishan series of national awards) to Richard Boucher, an American official, who only visits Islamabad to pressurize Pakistan into submitting to the US. Boucher represents the administration that destroyed Pakistan by its demands for the mindless war on terror. Yes, we had had our share of sectarian violence much before 9/11, but it was limited and on the wane until the US hit Afghanistan. So what is Boucher being rewarded for? Killing Pakistanis in the tribal belt? Putting Pakistanis into Guantanamo Bay and other US prisons? Khawaja Umer Farooq Jeddah __
