yr jail and 1,300 lashes for liquor dealers By Mansour Al-Shihri RIYADH – The Court of Cassation in Riyadh on Wednesday approved a Summary Court verdict of 15 years imprisonment and 1,300 lashes against an Arab and two Africans involved in a case of liquor making and distribution and corruption. The Arab was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 800 lashes as the other three's sentences ranged from 4 to 3 years' imprisonment and 150 to 200 lashes. A number of bottles and barrels filled with liquor and distilling equipment were seized from a house from where the three were arrested.
