Nabil Al-Dabal as its Chairman, and Saudi Electricity Company BOT member Abdulrahman Al Obayed and TVTC BOT members as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Board, consecutively. Saudi Aramco, in collaboration with TVTC and major energy companies, established ESTB at the national level to develop the energy sector business partners' young Saudi workforce.
