No one is foolish enough to believe that the airport staff of an international airport just start abusing and beating up someone for no reason at all. In fact, the airport staff in Saudi airports are much worse in their attitude toward foreigners. Umair Ali The Turkish airport authorities claimed that the Saudis intentionally went to a counter which was dedicated for disabled people. Moreover, an airport officer told them many times to go to the right counter but they refused. The officer then called the police and the police officer asked them again and again, but they refused to move. Later he forced the man not the woman to move. All of this has been recorded on camera. Ziad Assaff Ask that Saudi man involved in this incident this question: Do others feel the same pain that he claims to feel when his own people treat them in a similar manner? The law favors him in his own country, but he and his countryfolk are like others when they are outside their country. The Saudis who travel abroad feel that they deserve the same special treatment that they get in their own country. Gohar Ihsan I am a big fan of Turks and the Ottomans and I love Turkey more than any country. But this is just wrong. There was no reason for the police to treat any family this way, unless the family actually attacked the police or was truly causing a security risk and refused all other possible forms of correcting the problem. Even if they were rude and bad people, the police cannot be rough with them except in a very extreme and rare case. I hope that a fair investigation will be undertaken, and if so maybe new facts will change my opinion, but based on what has come out, this was injustice and the officers should be disciplined and retrained. Many people say that Saudis are prejudiced, but they themselves are often prejudiced against Saudis. We should support justice for all people, not cheer for our own team. Abdul Hakeem Bennette
