SHAROURAH — A Saudi plane carrying 12 tons of medical supplies landed at Aden International Airport on Friday. This was the third Saudi plane to arrive in the southern Yemeni airport carrying relief supplies in as many days. On Thursday, a cargo plane belonging to the Royal Saudi Air Force delivered 10 tons of foodstuffs to be distributed among Yemenis devastated by the ongoing military conflict in the country. Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, second deputy premier and minister of defense, had instructed the Royal Saudi Air Force Command to allocate cargo planes to airlift emergency relief supplies to Aden from the warehouses of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Work in the southern border city of Sharourah. Raafat Al-Sabbagh, official spokesman for King Salman Center, said medical supplies that arrived on Friday would be distributed to hospitals and medical centers across Yemen.
