QURAYYAT — Police here found a dead young man and his friend, who was lying next to him in a critical condition, in mysterious circumstances in the desert, according to Al-Jouf Police spokesman Dr. Turki Al-Muwaishir. The victim and his friend went with two other young men on an excursion in the desert three days ago. His father got worried about him after he learned that two young men, who were with his son, returned home while his son had not. He immediately called the police and reported his son missing. He also went to the desert with the police in search of his son, where they found him lying motionless 12 kms on Sakaka-Arar Road. The two men were arrested and an investigation was launched to find out more about the circumstances of the young man's death.
