JEDDAH — Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has added over 60,000 seats during the holy month of Ramadan on flights from domestic airports Kingdomwide to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah in order to accommodate domestic passengers wishing to perform Umrah. Khaled Hammad Al-Bluwi, assistant executive general manager for commercial affairs at Saudia, said the airline constantly strives to keep up with the peak seasons by providing extra flights and additional seats to meet increasing demand on certain routes. Al-Bluwi said Saudia added a total of 156 extra flights during Ramadan.
