A Civil Defense chopper hovers over the central area of the Grand Mosque in Makkah to monitor the movement of pilgrims and visitors during the last 10 days of Ramadan. Commander of Security Aviation at the Ministry of Interior Maj. Gen. Muhammad Bin Eid Al-Harbi said the helicopters will keep a constant surveillance of the area and will report any traffic bottlenecks, crowding or violations to the authorities concerned. The concerned government and private agencies have been asked to redouble their efforts to provide all available facilities to the millions of faithfuls thronging the Two Holy Mosques during the last 10 days of Ramadan. The call came from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman who was addressing the Council of Ministers at a regular Cabinet meeting in Jeddah on Monday.
