Riyadh Police on Monday arrested four Saudis and two expatriates believed to be members of a gang of car thieves after three of them were seen smashing the windows of a parked car. The incident was reported to police by an Arab national. Another Saudi suspect was caught in the city center area with parts of a stolen car in his possession.
