Saudi women's chances of employment double

The chances of Saudi women getting jobs has doubled with the Ministry of Labor informing companies that employing one Saudi woman would be construed as employing two Saudi men when evaluating the private sector's performance in meeting the required Saudization (job-localization) quota.
The ministry is also coordinating with the private sector to create work-from-home opportunities for Saudi women, it is learned.
Tens of thousands of Saudi women have registered themselves in the labor offices and are on the waiting list for jobs.
