Kenwood taps Alesayi Electronics as distributor in KSA for its big products

ALESAYI Electronics Co. Ltd has entered into an agreement with Kenwood to be the exclusive distributor in Saudi Arabia of its three big products, namely cooking range, washing machine and dishwasher.
In an event held recently at the Alesayi Electronics headquarters in Jeddah to launch “Kenwood Home Appliances Catalog 2015”, Kenwood top executive Andrew Lewis said after a lull of almost two decades, Kenwood decided to get back and relaunch the brand focusing primarily on manufacturing big home appliances that will cater to the needs and demand of the middle and upper levels of the society. This time the brand is managed by Kuper.
The Saudi home appliances market is a multi-billion dollar industry against the backdrop of a rapidly growing young population and robust GDP as the country continues developmental expansion and industrial diversification, The country's real nonoil GDP is projected to grow 3.6 percent in 2015-2018 period.
The coming decade will reward creative businesses that innovate by tweaking existing products and services into premium offerings, Lewis said, and Kenwood is one of them, he added, as its products do not only speak of quality but show the concern for environment.
Lewis pointed out that Kenwood selected Alesayi as its partner in Saudi Arabia for its professionalism. “It is a perfect match for Kenwood,” he said, adding that it “is synonymous with innovation, quality, performance and reliability.”
He expressed optimism on the sizeable market share of the three Kenwood big appliances not just because of the new technology and quality of the products, but because the products are environment-friendly and energy savers too. On top of that, Lewis said the products are supported by professional after-sales team with respect and satisfaction of customers always the top priority.
Give more than expected, he noted. Since the future of all companies lies in keeping customers happy, think of ways to elevate your brand above the competition by making them comfortable and feel good about your products and services, Lewis added.
Majd Majbour, executive director of Alesayi Electronics Co, said “we are very confident that Kenwood will receive strong demand in the Saudi market on account of powerful marketing strategy and aftersales support mechanism.”
He added that the appliances will be available in all Alesayi Electronics showrooms in the Kingdom next month. — SG
