RIYADH — The Ministry of Education has decided not to include government employees on the job in its scholarship program. The ministry announced the decision in a statement and said applications for the third phase of the program will be received starting June 27. It said the program will cover all Saudi male and female university graduates in the Kingdom and outside. The ministry has signed five-year contracts with a number of government departments to provide work opportunities for students when they come back to the country after completing their studies abroad.
