FOUR Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Center announced that its Saudi Chef Anas Mubarak Al Salim has won the prestigious award of “Best Young Chef” at the 2015 Saudi Excellence for Tourism Awards. Chef Anas joined Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh's culinary team in 2013 and his passion and versatility in his every day work, made him win this prestigious title following fierce competition from other candidates in the industry. All participating chefs in the “Best Young Chef” category were judged by a distinguished panel of Saudi and international tourism, hospitality and industry experts and Chef Anas was presented with this award by HRH Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, President of Saudi commission of Tourism and antiquities The Saudi Excellence for tourism awards have become firmly established as the benchmark for excellence in the Saudi tourism industry and are a highly respected and an impressive achievement for an aspiring Chef such as Anas.
