With regard to the article "Doctor ‘whose lack of care killed woman' banned from traveling" (May 14), it is sad to hear about the death this mother. I wonder why the doctor refused to examine her after she repeatedly complained of pain. I also wonder why so many cesarean sections are being carried out these days. Are the mothers too afraid or maybe even too lazy to go through with a natural birth? Whatever the reason, a cesarean section should only be done as a last resort in case of complications with natural birth.
