JEDDAH – Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Emir of Makkah region and adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman on the success of Operation Decisive Storm, SPA said Wednesday. He offered the congratulation on his own behalf and on behalf of the citizens in Makkah region. In a cable of congratulations, he said the operation came in response to the appeal by Yemeni brethren to restore legitimacy and protect them from treachery of the rebel Houthis, whose insurgency led to loss of lives and destruction with the assistance of the helpers (of the Houthis) in order to achieve their satanic ambitions in the region. He expressed support for the wise decision of the King that captured the world's imagination following the capability and status of the Saudi citizen in knowledge and bravery to do what is right. He prayed to Allah to protect “our dear country from all evil and enable Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to follow the path of right, victory and well-being”. He said all are soldiers to serve the religion, King and nation. He prayed to Allah to protect King Salman and prolong his life. Prince Khaled sent similar congratulatory cables to Crown Prince Muqrin, Deputy Premier; Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; and Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, Minister of Defense, Chief of the royal court and special adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. — SG
