CHRISTCHURCH — The Dunedin-based Highlanders scored three tries in a 10-minute spell astride halftime, rallying from 14-3 down Saturday to beat the Crusaders 25-20 in Super Rugby. Winger Waisake Naholo scored a double, touching down in the fourth and eighth minutes of the second half for the Highlanders whose win threatened to tip the Crusaders from their tenuous place among the tournament's top six. Springboks center Damian de Allende helped himself to two tries as the Stormers upset the New South Wales Waratahs 32-18 in another match.
