With regard to the article “Nation's security is our duty: King” (Apr. 1), the peace and security of Saudi Arabia is not only the concern of the citizens of that country, it is the duty of all Muslims around the world to ensure that our holy places remain secure forever and accessible to all of us so that we can perform Umrah and Haj. Haj is the annual assembly of the Ummah. In my country, Mauritius, it is only after lifelong saving that most Muslims are able to accomplish this pillar of Islam.
