The Flex was handed by Hussein Murad, Ford Middle East's director of Sales as well as Jean-Philippe Cossé and Greg Zaralides of the Dubai World Trade Centre, organizers of Gitex Technology Week. Flex is the new, innovative, full-size, 7-passenger crossover, powered by award-winning 3.5-liter V-6 engine delivering 262 NET hp at 6,250 rpm and 248 lb.-ft. of NET torque at 4,500 rpm, mated to a fuel-efficient, advanced 6-speed automatic transmission that uses a wide 6.04:1 gear ratio to deliver good fuel economy.
