Traffic flow for pilgrims transported into Mina was smoother and more streamlined after changing the directions of the roads from east to west and separating pilgrim transport vehicles from service vehicles, providing greater flexibility for vehicles to return for the second batch of pilgrims, said Col. Abdulrahman Al-Mugqbil, Commander of the Traffic Unit in Mina. He said besides the streets whose directions have been changed from east to west, the directions of other streets will be changed toward the east during the ascent of pilgrims to Arafat.
