Police here arrested an illegal Arab alien for forgery and impersonating an inspector from the Labor Office. The man obtained money from a number of shops as payment for not reporting them and fining them more than SR10,000, even though most of them were not in breach of any labor regulation. Finally, a shop owner who did not want his worker to pay the man, reported the incident to the Labor Office, which checked the information and confirmed that the man was not a labor official and reported the matter to the police. Information showed that the man used to frequent certain shops that used to pay him directly. He was arrested as he was getting into his car after visiting and taking money from seven shops.
