Youth Presidency may be a ministry

RIYADH — The Shoura Council is expected to call for the establishment of a special department for women sports in the Presidency of Youth Welfare when it discusses its report on Tuesday. The council is also expected to recommend turning the presidency into a ministry to deal with youth affairs while transferring sports activities under the Ministry of Education. The presidency's chief, Prince Abdullah Bin Masaad, will deliver the report before the council's committee on social affairs, family and youth. He will unfold the strategy of the presidency for the coming years and will answer members' queries.
